Estate lots, commercial pads, and blackland acreage disappearing under new rooftops. Pierce Land Clearing works the southern and eastern edges of the Metroplex with commercial grade machines, no burn piles, and schedules that hold.

The acreage between new subdivisions carries decades of mesquite, hackberry, and grown shut bottoms, and every estate lot, commercial pad, and homesite starts with clearing it. Inside city limits, burn bans and neighbors make the old dozer and burn pile approach a headache before the first tree comes down.
Forestry mulching is the metro answer. The machine grinds brush where it stands, there is no smoke and no convoy of haul off trucks, the clay structure stays intact, and the finish looks like landscaping instead of demolition. We clear residential acreage selectively around the shade trees, open commercial sites to the survey line, and clean creek bottoms without destabilizing the banks.
We already work this metro. Our documented 3 acre selective homesite clearing project at Cleburne shows a DFW edge property cleared selectively in a day, shade trees kept and everything else gone. The DFW loop runs on a regular schedule alongside our North Texas route.
Pick your town for local terrain, pricing factors, and answers to the questions we hear most in your county.
Southeast of the metro the ground changes from blackland to East Texas sand and the brush changes with it. If your property is around Cedar Creek Lake or out toward Athens, see East Texas land clearing instead.
Transparent day rates across the metro: $3,000 per day for the skid steer mulcher with transport included, or $4,000 per day plus transport for the high horsepower dedicated mulcher. Material over 8 inches always gets the dedicated machine. Open blackland lots run at the faster end of a machine’s pace, grown shut creek bottoms at the slower end. Send photos and acreage from any town above and we can usually put a real number on your project the same day.
Metroplex work is mostly lots and small acreage, and it is priced off the same published day rates as everything else we do. The full breakdown sits on our land clearing in Texas page, alongside the rest of what our Texas land clearing crews take on.
