Read more this company was phenomenal. I reached out to Preston Pierce for an estimate. Steve came by that week and surveyed the property and gave me a quote. The work commenced a week later. Dustin worked diligently for 9 days to complete this project. Throughout, I got frequent updates from Preston. Outstanding team, outstanding job.

I found Pierce Land Clearing while scrolling through IG and decided to reach out to see if they’d be interested in my project. To be honest I held little hope... Read more that a service on IG would be a good fit. But from the first communication with them I found that they were extremely interested in the job and provided information in lighting speed. I signed up for 4 days with their largest machine to mulch my 40 acre ranch. The price was extremely competitive and the leadtime to start the job was extremely fast. Bobby Pierce himself drove the mulcher and he was exceptional. Very personable, listened to what I had dreamed up in my head and turned my property into exactly what I had hoped for. Pierce Land Clearing surpassed ALL expectations and I’m so glad I found them. I am super OCD about everything I do and at times have unrealistic expectations, but Pierce didn’t disappoint. This is Bob Dacy, not Grace. Pierce Land Clearing just finished a 2 day job forestry mulching my 10 acre lot. Most of the job consisted of making... Read more dead pines and oaks, standing and fallen, disappear. They used their Barko 930B machine. I could not be more impressed with this company. From start to finish they were prompt, friendly, informative, accurate, and hard working. What that machine can do in a short period of time, operated by a competent driver, is nothing short of amazing. All of the dead trees on my lot are now mulch. My purpose was fire mitigation, but now the whole lot is beautiful as well. I am telling you...if you need some land clearing done, you should hire this company. I only gave them 5 stars because they won't let you give 6.

The entire team at Pierce Land Clearing treated... Read more me with the highest level of customer service, and professionalism from start to finish of a very large and detailed job on my ranch. Our TigerCat operator, Dustin was amazing! He was prompt every morning, did the entire days work without stopping other than to to listen to additions or changes from me. He was able to listen to me ramble on about, "take this, not that, go here, not here, like this or that, " without missing a beat. That speaks to his amazing character, and intuitiveness. He was able to understand my detailed, and meticulous carving out of a mess of cedars to create proper enrichment trails for my horses, fence line clearing, access roads, and opening up of cedar filled spaces around pecans and oaks. It shows that he really loves what he does, and cares about how it looks. He was able to take an overgrowth of cedars, around the pecans and oaks, and turn it intro a park like setting in a matter of minutes. That's no exaggeration either. I worked the first 2 days with my skid steer clearing trails, and Dustin would follow along behind and mulch them. He "out" worked me which is saying something amazing as I am a hard worker from sun up to sun down even at my age. This job was very detailed in nature, and difficult to flag, and prep due to the overgrowth of brush and cedars. After the first 2 days, I felt comfortable to let him have "COMPLETE" autonomy to go in other areas I had showed him, while I went off and finished other chores. He worked faster than I could flag, which was awesome. Once he figure out what I wanted I just told him where, and said make trails like the others. I will say that prior mitigation, i.e. flagging, marking, and being prepared makes the process quick and easy for you and the operator. It's not necessary, but helps. Communications is a lost art these days, but makes the job so much better. I had no problem contacting Preston, or any of the the team. Preston was very prompt in replying to my questions. They are an extremely customer oriented company in a day and age where that is rare unfortunately. Dustin and I worked out a system, and the 7 day job process was a dream come true for me. It literally brought tears to my eyes to see what was hiding behind all that mess....a beautiful park. Lush pecan groves, and oaks. I had no idea how much land we were not able to use, or even that it could look like that. Absolutely gorgeous! I have included only 6 of the more than 200 pictures I took of the entire process, but hopefully you can see the transformations. The rest of the pictures might be available on their facebook, or website. If you are considering hiring them I would recommend Pierce Land Clearing highly based on my amazing experience with them. Before you begin know your/your operator's limitations, ask questions, do prior flagging, or mitigation to help the process go smoother, and talk with them if you have any concerns. Good communication. Professional. Worked fast but did a thorough job. The big mulcher did a great job of clearing land, including several large trees, and left a nice clean look.

He got with back with me within hours. On the day of service Dustin came early to start working asap. I like company that show up early. Took around the property show him what needed to be done. plus gave map of the area. Dustin did a Great good. Call Preston told his man did a great job. We will use their services again.

He walked the property with me so I could point out more areas I wanted cleaned up that I didn't think he'd have time to get to. He worked hard and fast from the time he got here. I still had quite a bit of time left for him to work but ran out of areas to clean up because he was so fast. It may seem like a large expense but the transformation of your property will be completely worth it and they will probably get much more done than you anticipate. I can't recommend them enough.
