Land Clearing Projects in Austin, Texas
Every job on this page happened in Austin or the country right around it, in Travis County. The acreage, the machine, the days on site and what it cost are the real numbers off the job.
Austin work is rarely a wide open pasture. It is tight lots, rocky ground, live golf courses and builders on a schedule, so most of what we do here is mulching material down on site rather than trucking it out.
4 Acre Cedar and Scrub Tree Clearing in Austin, Texas
September 2026

A four acre hillside lot you could not see into from the road: cedar and scrub trees grown into a wall, rock under all of it, a utility pole and a road on one side and neighbors on the other.
Two days with the Weiler M860A took the cedar and the junk trees to a mulched floor and left the live oaks standing.
Lots of rocks and debris under the growth, and working along a road and beside neighboring houses.

A builder grubbed a new house pad and had us mulch the pile rather than truck it away. Mulching can cut haul off volume by as much as five to one.
Rocky ground and a residential street, so most of the job was knowing where not to put the machine.
