We bring these machines when your material runs bigger than 8 inches in diameter and the property has access for an 11 foot wide machine.
For material up to 8 inches in diameter, our skid steer mulchers fill the gap. Subdivision lots, tree preservation, tight fence lines, and finish work around structures, they get in where the big machines cannot. Low ground pressure protects your topsoil, and they clear selectively around the oaks you want to keep.

Outside the Elgin city limits there is no permit office for clearing brush on your own land, and that covers most of the acreage we work. Inside city limits, Elgin has development rules that mostly matter for builders, not for landowners clearing brush. Floodplain rules apply along Wilbarger and Sandy creeks. We flag anything that needs attention when we quote the job.
Estimates usually happen within a few days of your call. Most residential jobs run one to three days on site, and larger acreage moves at several acres a day with the dedicated mulchers. One local quirk: the Blackland clay east of I-35 gets greasy after rain, so we watch the weather and schedule around it rather than tearing up your ground. You get a start window with your quote and a heads up before we roll in.
