We bring these machines when your material runs bigger than 8 inches in diameter and the property has access for an 11 foot wide machine.
For material up to 8 inches in diameter, our skid steer mulchers fill the gap. Subdivision lots, tree preservation, tight fence lines, and finish work around structures, they get in where the big machines cannot. Low ground pressure protects your topsoil, and they clear selectively around the oaks you want to keep.

Outside the Llano city limits, the county has no permit requirement for clearing your own ranch. The considerations that come up are floodplain along the Llano River, which flashes hard, oak wilt best practices around the live oaks, and lease terms if a hunting outfit runs your ground. We flag anything that needs attention when we quote the job.

One local quirk: the Blackland clay east of I-35 gets greasy after rain, so we watch the weather and schedule around it rather than tearing up your ground.
