Rosanky is unincorporated Bastrop County, and there is no permit office between you and clearing your own land. The considerations that come up are floodplain along the creeks and county road rules about mud and gravel. We flag anything that needs attention when we quote the job.

One local quirk: the Blackland clay east of I-35 gets greasy after rain, so we watch the weather and schedule around it rather than tearing up your ground.
