We bring these machines when your material runs bigger than 8 inches in diameter and the property has access for an 11 foot wide machine.
For material up to 8 inches in diameter, our skid steer mulchers fill the gap. Subdivision lots, tree preservation, tight fence lines, and finish work around structures, they get in where the big machines cannot. Low ground pressure protects your topsoil, and they clear selectively around the oaks you want to keep.

Bosque County ranch land is unincorporated, and there is no permit office between you and clearing your own cedar. Inside the Clifton city limits, check with the city before grading or working near the river and drainage ways. Either way we will walk you through it before anything is scheduled.
Estimates usually happen within a few days of your call. Most residential jobs run one to three days on site, and larger acreage moves at several acres a day with the dedicated mulchers. One local quirk: rock, not mud, sets the pace here. Limestone sits close to grade, so we plan around what is under the topsoil more than around the forecast. You get a start window with your quote and a heads up before we roll in.
Our pricing is a transparent day rate: $3,000 per day for the skid steer mulcher with transport included, or $4,000 per day plus transport for the high horsepower dedicated mulcher. Solid cedar on the breaks runs at the slower end of the pace, scattered brush in the bottoms at the faster end. Send photos and acreage and we will tell you which machine and how many days before anything is scheduled.
On unincorporated Bosque County land there is no permit office between you and clearing your own brush. Inside city limits, check with the city before grading or working close to creeks and easements, and check your deed restrictions if you are in a subdivision. We can talk through it on the phone before you commit to anything.
Material size decides it. Anything over 8 inches in diameter always gets the high horsepower dedicated mulcher. Under 8 inches on smaller properties, the skid steer mulcher fills the gap. Most Bosque County ranch work earns the dedicated machine, in town lots fit the skid steer.
