For material up to 8 inches in diameter, our skid steer mulchers fill the gap. Low ground pressure protects your topsoil, and they clear selectively around the oaks you want to keep.

Outside the Luling city limits, Caldwell County has no permit requirement for clearing brush on your own land. The considerations that come up are floodplain along the San Marcos River and Plum Creek, and pipeline easements on the oil lease ground, where we call before any dirt moves. We flag anything that needs attention when we quote the job.
