We bring these machines when your material runs bigger than 8 inches in diameter and the property has access for an 11 foot wide machine.
For material up to 8 inches in diameter, our skid steer mulchers fill the gap. Subdivision lots, tree preservation, tight fence lines, and finish work around structures, they get in where the big machines cannot. Low ground pressure protects your topsoil, and they clear selectively around the oaks you want to keep.

Rural Brazos County clearing on your own land needs no permit, and agricultural work is exempt from most regulation in Texas. Inside College Station city limits, development clearing runs through the normal site plan process, and floodplain rules apply along Lick Creek, Carters Creek, and the Brazos bottoms. If your clearing is part of a build, your builder’s permits cover it. We flag anything that needs attention when we quote.
Estimates usually happen within a few days of your call. Most residential jobs run one to three days on site, and larger acreage moves at several acres a day with the dedicated mulchers. One local quirk: the Blackland clay east of I-35 gets greasy after rain, so we watch the weather and schedule around it rather than tearing up your ground. Yaupon is the Brazos Valley specialty and yes. It grows dense enough around College Station to hide a truck, but it is soft material and mulches fast. The post oaks stay, the yaupon goes, and the land opens back up.
